 In over 5 years of blogging on Life Coaching and self development I’ve never before published a comment from a reader as a post in its own right. That’s not because I haven’t had some brilliant comments, because I have and I consider my readers self development aficionados! However, I’m not sure I have had one quite as jaw dropping and inspiring as the one Mike Jones shared with us about John Crawford after  I was planning on running a guest post today from Carl Harvey on binaural beats, but I’ve had a last minute change of plan. Instead, Harvey and his cheeky Cockney wit will have to wait until Monday because I want to share something important with you. When I put up the gift card for the best reframe on my ‘Is Realism A Death Sentence?’ post I knew I would get some cracking responses, but  I’m sat here staring at a $25 Amazon Gift Card, one of two I was going to give away to the newsletter reader that came up with the best tagline suggestion for my blog. Fortunately, or unfortunately, depending on your position, I came up with the new tagline myself and so didn’t have to hand over the goodies. Even though I spent the other one on a fan heater for my office to ward  The stories you tell yourself and others dictate the quality of your life. What stories are you telling?  As you probably know unless this is your first time here, I’ve just come back from a week’s vacation in the frozen wasteland that is the UK. It was an interesting jaunt back home, one that even the most dedicated and committed sado-masochist would have struggled to rank much higher up the scale than purgatory. I must point out that I did manage to develop a heavy cold within 76 seconds of touching down |
