I recently wrote a review for the brilliant Steve McDermott book ‘How To Be A Complete And Utter Failure In Life, Work & Everything.’

It’s no exaggeration to say this is one of my favorite personal development books of all time. It’s not deep, it doesn’t spend 9 hours explaining why one person can work on a production line and be absolutely enthralled and another person wants to gouge his or her own eyeballs out. It doesn’t require you to have a degree in psychology, there’s no need to stroke your chin whilst reading and you’ll not need to concentrate so hard that your head hurts by the end of the introduction. It’s an easy to read, very funny, well researched and thought provoking book. You can dip in and out at random, or read it in one go, whatever takes your fancy.
