8 Secrets To The Psychology of Winning

Firstly, let me wish you a very happy New Year and I hope that if you don’t necessarily get everything you want, you at least enjoy the ride!

Prior to last week I hadn’t had a proper vacation in almost 4 years. Not that that was a big deal, one of the pleasant byproducts of doing a job you love, is that vacations don’t feel needed.

However, it’s still nice to get away and when the away is on a cruise ship in the Caribbean, so much the better.

We both had a great time and I’m glad I didn’t let my initial apathy to being away over Christmas deter us.

Something weird happened though, because for a couple of days I had moments of anxiety the like of which I haven’t experienced in over 5 years.

In my next post I’m going to tell you all about it. I’m also going to tell you why I’m about to break all the Life Coaching rules in setting myself up 2014.

The approach I intend to adopt is something that for the most part I’d caution clients against. It’s also going to really test my mettle and potentially put me under a lot of pressure if I don’t manage it correctly.

I try to be as open and honest as possible with you, and this will take that to  the next level because I could end up making a dick out of myself if I fail!

It should be fun though and isn’t that what life is all about?

In the meantime I wanted to share this very cool infographic with you. I get sent quite a lot of these and before now I’d never published one, but I thought you’d like this.

Note: I’d be really grateful if you could share on Social Media and if you want to pin to Pinterest, hover over the image at the top left until the ‘Pin It’ icon appears and then pin from there. The Sharebar Pinterest option on the right refuses to work.

By the way, if brain stuff fascinates you, then if you sign up for my newsletter in the left hand side bar, one of 4 full length ebooks you get is ‘70 Amazing Facts About Your Brain’

It’s a fun read, but also contains some really cool brain facts that you can bore people to death with at parties.

You can read some of the reviews on Amazon here if you want a better idea.
