He has many thousands subscribing to his free weekly tip letter and his courses on NLP, Hypnotherapy and a whole host of other cool stuff around those fields are worth every penny. Not only that, but much of his work is available in either cd or download format so you can listen at home or in the car at a later date.

I found Jonathan Berent's site after taking a call from a prospective client that I felt unable to deal with. The person in question had severe problems interacting with other people to the point where he didn't even feel comfortable coming to see me. This was a chronic and debilitating condition and I felt that specialist help was called for so researched to see who could offer such help. If you or a loved one has severe and/or chronic problems around social anxiety then I urge you to seek specialist help. I have worked my way through the material that Jonathan supplies to clients' and found it incredibly detailed and logical. I am highly confident that he can help anybody that feels trapped by social anxiety, you are not alone and you can change. There are options of psychotherapy sessions or course work.
