There is a pre-supposition in NLP that suggest that choice is better than no choice. It is probably the one pre-supposition that I do not whole-heartedly embrace. Everything from brochures for stores that I wasn’t aware we had ever been in to offers for houses that we have no intention of ever buying to the ubiquitous offers of credit cards and fake promises that we have been specially chosen for some unbelievable offer that I simply It’s funny but every time I ring T-Mobile they start of by telling me when I joined them and how much the value my custom. The fact that if I wasn’t signed into a 2 year contract I would be gone down the road quicker than you can say ‘ for instructions that you have no chance of understanding press 4’ seems of scant regard. I remember reading that Seth was very enamored with Apples shops and their ‘Genius Bar’ in particular and I am not.
