 If you are new here and are expecting to read some killer Life Coaching tips, or you have a sensitive disposition, or you like to read scannable posts, you may either want to leave now, or be prepared to leave in a few minutes when you get confused, bored or indignant. As I said in my last post ‘Do You Want The Warts and All Story’ I have thought long and hard about writing  Every so often I get an e-mail from somebody asking if I can Life Coach them via e-mail and every time I respond that, not only do I not offer such a service, but I would highly advise the person against pursuing such an idea. Contrary to what some ‘Life Coaches’ are saying I’m not even sure Life Coaching via e-mail is feasible. An exchange of e-mails without any other contact is about as  I had this weird dream last night. I had been booked to appear on Oprah with both my dogs for reasons that weren’t absolutely clear. She was telling me how much she loved my blog although she thought I ought to swear a lot more. “Oh, I’m not really sure about that” I said “Some people get offended by a swearing Life Coach” “Really?” she said with a  Did you know it’s generally accepted that the human mind can only consciously deal with between 5 and 9 pieces of information at any one time? That even though there are currently millions of bits of data streaming at you, you are only aware of about 7 different things at any one time. It’s not very impressive is it? Especially when you consider your unconscious mind is dealing with the rest of the information  If You Live By The Rules, You Die By The Rules – How We are Going To Kick Amazons butt – probably!  The title of this post is somewhat strange and not the kind of thing you’d expect from a Life Coach writing a self development blog, but sometimes it’s necessary to push the boundaries. Today I’m going to explain why I think capital punishment is not just useful, but fundamental for the success of any modern society. I’m also going to explain why we should stop pussy-footing about and put the many hundreds of people  Did you know that skin damage caused through over exposure to the suns rays is irreparable? Did you also know that most damage is done before somebody reaches the age of 18, but often doesn’t manifest itself until years, sometimes even decades later.
