 Firstly, a MASSIVE thanks to all of you that have already bought your first edition signed copy of How To Be Rich and Happy. You’ve helped us ensure we put the book into the hands of a lot of people that couldn’t have otherwise afforded it. And for those of you that bought multiple copies, I could kiss you!…  As of either Sunday or Monday (and I’m sorry I can’t be more clear on that, but we have some issues to clear up) we’ll have approximately 750 first edition signed copies of How To Be Rich and Happy to pre-sell. They will retail at $19.99 rather than the $25 we will be charging on full release and we…  If you’re perplexed by the title of this post and thinking you’re not, the truly awesome Bob Poole will explain why you may just be wrong.…… This is a story of self-development. It is also a story of intrigue, dragons, and (shudder) sex so please remove the kiddies from the room before we continue lest they be influenced by…  When I first started this blog I used to write a few business type posts (usually rants about terrible customer service if I’m being honest). After all, my background was business and it seemed natural to post on it every now and then. I even had what I think was one of my best posts on business, The Short… I have been doing a lot of thinking recently about revamping my entire website and Blog as it is over 2 years old now, looks a bit dated and is difficult to scale up and add the content that I’d like to see in there. I have a great SEO guy but I do feel the need for me… I get a lot of compliments about my website. In fact most of my clients say they really like it. It’s informative, easy to navigate and not too salesy! On the other hand, I suppose those people that hate it with a passion wouldn’t bother calling me to hurl insults down the phone, so the feedback maybe somewhat skewed.… If I told you I had a steal beam 4” by 2” laid down in a parking lot and that I would pay you $50 to walk across it, would you do it? I’m guessing you would unless you had some unnatural aversion to parking lots, steam beams or men making very strange promises. How about if I… One of the things that has struck with since living in the US is the low level of vacation time that most people take. I know that most new jobs seldom offer more than 2 weeks paid vacation time unless you are in highly employable, highly desirable bracket, which to my mind is nothing short of ridiculous. When… |
