One of the questions I get asked most by Life Coaching clients is a version of:
“Why do I always seem to self-sabotage at crucial times in my life”
Fortunately, years of experience in dealing with hundreds of clients means I can always answer the question with the total and utter confidence that I’m right. Even without knowing anything more about the situation.
“You don’t self-sabotage, because nobody ever self-sabotages, it’s a self development

There hasn’t been a huge change in the way I Life Coach now as opposed to when I first became certified back in 2005.

It’s over a year since I wrote my post 7 Killer Life Coaching Questions and I thought that as

I am possible the worst singer you have ever heard. I don’t have a degree. I have the skiing ability of a drunken dinosaur. I’m intolerant of bad drivers. I used to frequently get thrown out of French class at school for being

After my previous post on the 10 best self development books of 2010 I’ve had a few people ask me what my my top self development books of all time are, so today I thought I’d take a stab at answering that.
The following books are the ones that have stand the test of time for me, and me alone. What I mean by that is that I am fully aware that books like

Since launching my Life Coaching At The Speed of Sound, I have been really busy working with clients on their values.
Normally I’ll probably only do this one or twice per week, but for the last week or so it’s been a daily and sometimes twice daily experience.
During this time one specific anti-value, that of ‘Conflict’, has reared its ugly head time and time again. I wasn’t sure whether this was just a
