 Last week when I had my idea to offer Life Coaching to the person who offered to donate the most money to the victims of Oklahoma I was pumped. As I usually do, I posted the link to my Facebook page hoping to generate some traction. All I actually generated was crickets chirping, some tumbleweed and a couple of kindly thumbs up. The views of the post was way lower than normal and I did  Warning: This post is dripping with sarcasm and should only be read by people who vehemently disagree with the phrase, “Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit” It also has minimal self development value, unless that is you’re a self development blogger, then it’s a must read. So if you’re still interested and not looking to be offended, read on! I usually get sent between 5 and 10 guest posts per month and I turn  This post is completely different for because it’s not really Life Coaching or self development, merely a mish-mash of stuff that I have found either entertaining, informative, or just downright funny. I feel sure that you may have seen some of these and not others so pick and choose and have fun on this gorgeous Friday (or whenever you read/watch). And don’t tell me it’s not gorgeous, because you’re alive, aren’t you? If you’re not,  Shortly after I started blogging I did what a lot of newbies did and installed Google Adsense and had those annoying rotating ads on my site in a lame attempt to make money. After a year so I had accrued a massive $35.07 and was seriously thinking of postponing my retirement to Bali. How fast is it you may be wondering? Oh, only about 20,000 trillion calculations per second fast and can do more work in a day than 120 billion people armed with calculators could do in 50 years. Yet even with all that power  I wasn’t sure if I was even going to post again prior to Christmas, but something I read changed my mind. In my book Aligning With Your Core Values I go to great lengths to explain that values are completely subjective. That we are all a product of our upbringing and environment as such what we value most highly is by and large an accident of birth. That’s the reason it’s ridiculous to negatively judge  A year or two ago I was listening to a program on the BBC World Service about corruption in Governments I forget which program it was, but they were talking about countries in Africa and how aid was difficult to get to the people that needed it because of rampant high level corruption.
