The Secret Behind The Secret?
I was listening to a Dr Wayne Dyer cd this morning called Meditations for Manifesting : Morning and Evening Meditations to Literally Create Your Heart’s Desire
Normally I just flick to the bit that involves the meditation and then start to chant away zealously, impervious to the strange looks that are inevitable cast my way by neighbors and passers-by. The funny thing is that until about 3 or 4 months ago I thought nobody could hear me. Then one morning my wife was outside with our dog and hearing this wailing came rushing inside thinking I was being beaten to death by some lunatic fuelled by crack and too much sun. I blame the single glazing that is so prevalent here in Florida, well that and my inability to control my own volume when I have headphones on. I did consider being quieter but I thought what the heck, they already think I’m nuts so why disappoint them?
This morning I decided to listen to the entire cd, something that I haven’t done since I bought it and I stumbled across something that I had forgotten about. In the intro Dr Dyer talks about this process being a secret kept for centuries. Wow, I though a secret, what a great idea for a movie, book and cd.
It got me to wondering if that is where The Secret (Extended Edition)
It’s just an observation because I loved the movie and kudos for Rhonda Byrne for getting it out there and raising awareness. I’m just jealous really because I didn’t do it first.
