Are You A Life Coach?

I’m looking to form a small network of professional personal coach’s that I can turn to for a number for the following reasons:

• Discuss training and opportunities for professional growth. I’d also be interested to hear about your experiences with training. I trained in the UK so when people ask me about becoming a Life Coach and whom I would recommend for tuition I’m groping in the dark somewhat. I’d like to offer an opinion based on great feedback from other Life Coach’s.
• Exchange articles and support each other’s blogs. Blogging is critical to me so I really need you to be a blogger. If you aren’t sure of the benefits give me call and let’s chat
• Referrals. I don’t do wellness, executive or relationship coaching. However, I do get enquiries from time to time that I have to turn away and I never like to do that in case the person has a change of heart and walks away from coaching completely.

 

I’m fairly open to all-comers although if you are interested or know anybody that would be you’d have to fit the following criteria:

 

• Be formally qualified in Life Coaching. NLP and/or hypnotherapy would be great too, but not a prerequisite. Saying you have a qualification from the University of Life will not cut it, so has Mad Jack McMad that lives down the road but I’m not sending him any clients.
• Have a properly optimized website. If you don’t know how to do that then hire this company and watch your traffic go through the roof. Mine did!
• Have a blog that you add to at least once per week. If you don’t have one but intend to start that’s cool, but don’t let it sit there for 6 months with no new content. People will presume you’re dead and nobody hires a dead life coach.
• Have a blog that adds value. Lovely though I’m sure your rascal of a pussycat is, I don’t really want to read about what he did with that mouse and how you’re going to get the stain out of the carpet.
• Have a sense of humor. If my Blog at least occasionally makes you smile then I already love you. If you think I’m a weirdo that needs locking away for the good of society, then no matter how accurate that may be, we probably wont get on very well.
