Aint Modern Technology Great?

When I came to the UK I had a few days where I was technologically isolated. First we were attending a wedding and then stopping with some of my family that think that the World Wide Web suggests a rather heavy dusting session rather than an opportunity to communicate.

 

Now we are stopping at my sister-in-laws and I have wi-fi access. It’s so cool being able to finish off my newsletter (spelling errors notwithstanding) and finally reply to my e-mails whilst 4,500 miles away from home. Two or three years ago it would have looked like I was dead, kidnapped, bone idle or all three with no posts or responses for over 2 weeks.

 

Now all I need is a great idea for a ground-breaking life coaching Blog and I can’t think of one. I have tried staring at my laptop in disgust and it just snickers back at me with a hint of contempt. What is wrong with modern technology that it can’t run my life for me and make me wealthy beyond my wildest dreams? Quite frankly I think it sucks.
