Trust God & Buy Broccoli
I was sent an e-mail today from a Life Coach in Titusville that I have got to know since I moved here from the UK. Her name is Gerri Helms and although I cannot claim to know her well what I do know of her commands my respect and admiration.
She has just finished writing her first book entitled ‘Trust God & Buy Broccoli’ which is an autobiographical account of her victory over binge eating and spiraling weight gain that had been part of her life for 3 decades.
I have read the first chapter of the book and I feel sure it is going to be a huge source of inspiration for many people that have similar difficulties in their own lives. Not only that but it is one of the coolest titles imaginable and I wish I had thought of it!
