Richard Bandler in Orlando

For those of you that know anything about NLP, you will know that is was developed in the early 70’s by John Grinder and Richard Bandler over in California. Unfortunately these 2 brilliant people soon failed to see eye to eye and haven’t worked with each other for many years. Both are still involved in training and development and both are high on my list of people to work with. In fact I would go further than that and say there are barely a handful of people on the planet that I would rather meet than Richard Bandler.

This February and March Richard Bandlers organization the Society of NLP is putting on 3 lots of training here in Orlando. I would like to attend all 3 but timing and money mean that is out of the question so I am trying to decide what to do. Here is my dilemma. The order form allows for the owners to change trainers without any recourse for action or refund of money. Bandlers partner, John La Valle is a very competent trainer and I had the pleasure of doing my NLP Master Practitioner training with him about a year ago, but he is not Richard Bandler. Imagine buying a ticket to see The Beatles and when you get there the promoters have swapped and the Rolling Stones are on instead. Nice, but not what you were really expecting.

So I am in turmoil about what is the wisest thing to do. I desperately want to see Richard Bandler weave his magic but whether I am prepared to gamble or not I am not so sure. Maybe I wave goodbye to the early bird pricing and wait until the last moment and hope one course is not full and Bandler is leading it so that I can jump in at the last moment.  For any of you reading this that want a taste of NLP without going through the formal practitioner route, these courses will be well worthwhile.
